Which is better M Tech from IIT or direct Ph.D. after BE Biotech?

Please answer from perspective of better job after completion of mtech /PhD.

      The answer depends on your ultimate career goal. If you want to join academics in India then you need to go with M Tech and then Ph.D. If you wish to join the industry then you can skip MTech.

      On the other hand, if you want to stay abroad and grow yourself then no need to go for MTech.
